Sang S. Kim has joined the San Francisco office of Elliot & Mayock LLP. Mr. Kim is an experienced immigration attorney, having worked at two of the Bay Area's leading business immigration firms. His expertise includes employment-based non-immigrant visa processes, as well as the immigrant worker petitions leading to Green Cards. A New Yorker since the age of 5, Sang served as an Immigration & Foreign Affairs Fellow for then U.S. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton. At the District Office he was involved with constituent liaison services and immigration policy research. Sang is a graduate of New York University where he received the Presidential Community Service Award and was on the Dean's List from 1995 - 1997. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2004.
