Naturalization

After getting a green card, a resident can become a citizen by going through the process of naturalization. For most people, in order to qualify for citizenship, they must have held a green card for at least five years with at least one-half of that time spent in the US. Elliot & Mayock LLP assists clients who have problems such as meeting the local residency requirement or the good moral character requirement.

Citizenship

Citizenship laws change often and a claim to citizenship can be based on varying factors. Elliot & Mayock LLP assists clients in discovering and making U.S. citizenship claims.
