To schedule a consultation, please call (415) 765-5111. Please be prepared to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover accepted) at the time of scheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance in order to obtain a refund.

To assist our attorney in preparing for your consultation, please complete and submit E&M 's online visa questionnaire. All information submitted in the visa questionnaire will be kept confidential. The information submitted should be about the person who is seeking immigration benefits. If you are an employer, a separate questionnaire should be submitted for each employee. If you are a citizen or permanent resident seeking to immigrate a relative, the answers on the questionnaire should pertain to your relative.

Please bring to your consultation the following documents - your passport, I-94, any visa stamps, and your resume and job offer letter if your consultation is related to employment.

Persons holding telephone consultation appointments are asked to call (415) 765-5111 at the scheduled time. If you call late, this will decrease the time that you will be able to speak with an attorney. Persons who fail to call during their appointment time will not be granted a refund.
