Barbara H. Lutes
Ms. Lutes is an experienced immigration attorney, having worked as a Sr. Associate Attorney at one of the largest corporate immigration law firms in the Bay Area. Her expertise includes green cards via PERM labor certifications. Ms. Lutes previously practiced all aspects of immigration law as a solo practitioner and as a member of a mid-sized immigration law firm in Denver, CO. Active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Ms. Lutes has been a speaker at many events and forums, and a contributor to several AILA publications. Ms. Lutes received her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1994.

CLARK M. TREVOR
Mr. Trevor has practiced exclusively in the area of Immigration and Nationality Law for over 30 years. He was the principal of the Law Office of Clark M. Trevor in San Francisco, California, from 2007 to November 2016 when he joined E&M Mayock as Of Counsel. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Trevor was a partner in the immigration practice group of Duane Morris, LLP, in San Francisco. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate with the firm of Jackson and Hertogs, LLP, from 1984 to 2004.
Mr. Trevor specializes in all aspects of immigration & nationality law, including naturalization, corporate and family sponsored immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, asylum and removal/deportation defense before the Executive Office for Immigration Review and Federal Courts. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is a past Chairperson of the Northern California Chapter. He served as a Member of the Program Committee for AILA’s 2004 National Convention and has been a speaker at various AILA and CLE seminars over the years.
