Location

Elliot & Mayock LLP is located at 220 Sansome Street, 12th Floor, in San Francisco's Financial District. The building is at the corner of Sansome and Pine Streets, with H&R Block Financial Center occupying the street level. The Mandarin Oriental Hotel is our neighbor to the north along Sansome Street.

Access by Car from Bay Area Freeways

From the Bay Bridge, take the first San Francisco exit, which is on the right, putting you northbound on Fremont Street. The third light after the exit will be Market Street. Proceed across Market on Front Street. Turn left immediately after Market Street on Pine Street. Drive two blocks west along Pine to Sansome Street. Turn right, we are the corner building.

From Highways 280 or 101 on the peninsula, take Highway 101 North, take the last San Francisco exit before the Bay Bridge, the 4th Street exit. Continue one block east along Bryant Street, turning left at 3rd Street. Go north to Market Street (the fifth light) and continue straight across Market onto Kearny Street. The third light after Market will be Bush Street. Turn right, go three blocks east to Sansome Street, turn left and go one block north, cross Pine. We are the corner building.

From the Golden Gate Bridge, take Lombard Street east, turn right on Van Ness Street, turn left at Broadway Street, head east through the tunnel, passing Columbus Avenue, turn right on Battery Street. At Pine Street (one block after California), turn right. One block later, at Sansome Street, turn right again. We are the corner building.

Parking

There is essentially no street parking in downtown San Francisco. We recommend that you park in any one of the nearby garages. On weekends, metered parking is available on the street, but it is difficult to find. We recommend the underground parking garage at Embarcadero One which is three blocks away. It is located on Sacramento Street, with entries from Battery (one-way southbound) and Front Street (one-way northbound). The first hour of weekday parking is $2; each additional 20 minutes is $2. Before 5 pm on weekdays, validation for reduced rate parking can be obtained by patronizing Embarcadero Center businesses and obtaining a validation stamp. After 5 pm, and on weekends, parking is free with validation from an Embarcadero Center business. Most other garages are $5 to $7 per hour: 345 California Street / Mandarin Oriental Hotel (entry at one-way southbound Battery between California and Pine); Shell Building (entry at one-way southbound Battery between Pine and Bush); 235 Pine Sreet (entry at one-way westbound Pine between Battery and Sansome).

Public Transportation

From the Montgomery BART/MUNI station on Market Street, exit at east end of platform (Sansome/Sutter), then walk two blocks north along Sansome Street. From the Transbay Station and Mission Street bus stops, walk north along First Street, cross Market and continue north one block on Battery, turn left on Pine and walk one block west to Sansome Street. Turn right. There is a taxi stand just north of our building in front of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
